Yes. Over 80% of our repairs are completed on-site in your home. Our technicians arrive fully equipped to diagnose and fix the appliance where it sits. Only when an in-home repair isn't possible do we transport the unit to our workshop in Al Garhoud — and only with your written consent.

After an on-site diagnosis you receive a fixed, written quote before any work begins. Prices are quoted in AED, include VAT, and follow fair market rates. You only pay after the repair is completed, and you receive a formal tax invoice.

What are your working hours, and how fast can a technician arrive?

Our call centre operates from 7 AM to 12 AM every day of the week, including public holidays. Same-day visits are available across Dubai for most service requests received before 6 PM.

How long is the warranty and what does it cover?

Every repair includes a written 180-day warranty covering both the specific component repaired and the associated labor. If the same fault recurs within that window we return and fix it at no charge.

Always. We source parts directly from the manufacturer or its authorised UAE distributor. Where an original part is discontinued, we recommend a manufacturer-approved equivalent — and never fit it without your consent.

Do you charge a call-out fee?

There is no call-out fee when you proceed with the repair. If you choose not to proceed after the on-site diagnosis, only a small diagnostic fee applies.

What payment methods do you accept?

Cash in AED, credit and debit cards, and bank transfer. A formal VAT invoice is issued for every job.
