Every repair carried out by SUNAD Electrical Appliance Repair L.L.C is backed by a written 180-day warranty on both parts and labour. If the same fault returns within that period, we return and fix it at no charge — anywhere in Dubai.
What's covered
The specific fault repaired by our technician, including the spare parts we fitted and the labour to install them, for 180 days from the date of service shown on the tax invoice issued by SUNAD.
What's not covered
Unrelated faults that develop after our service; damage caused by misuse, mishandling, water ingress, electrical surges, or lack of routine maintenance; transport damage; and any work performed by a third party after our intervention.

Call +971 4 269 4442 or message us on WhatsApp with the invoice number from SUNAD. We will schedule a return visit, usually on the same day.
