Terms of Service

1. The service provider
These terms govern the repair services provided by SUNAD Electrical Appliance Repair L.L.C (One-Person Limited Liability Company (LLC-SO)), a company licensed in the Emirate of Dubai under Trade Licence No. 1606534 (Commercial Register No. 2819516, Dubai Chamber Membership No. 674185), with its registered office at Office No. 106, Garhoud-OFF106, Al Garhoud, Deira, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Our licensed activity is "Electric Household Appliances Repairing & Maintenance".
2. Booking & cancellation
Bookings are confirmed by phone, WhatsApp, or the contact form on this website. Visits cancelled with less than two (2) hours' notice may be subject to a fixed call-out fee, disclosed at the time of booking.
3. Diagnosis & quotation
An authorised technician will diagnose the appliance on-site and provide a fixed written quotation in AED before any repair work begins. You are free to decline; in that case only the diagnostic fee disclosed at booking applies.
4. Pricing, VAT & payment
All prices are quoted in UAE Dirhams (AED) and include 5% Value Added Tax in accordance with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 8 of 2017 on VAT. Payment is due upon completion of the repair by cash, debit/credit card, or local bank transfer. A formal tax invoice issued by SUNAD Electrical Appliance Repair L.L.C is provided for every transaction.
5. 180-day warranty
SUNAD Electrical Appliance Repair L.L.C provides a written 180-day warranty covering the specific fault repaired, including both parts fitted by us and the labour performed. The warranty does not cover: unrelated subsequent faults, damage caused by misuse or mishandling, water damage, electrical surges, lack of routine maintenance, or tampering by a third party after our service. 6. Spare parts
We use original spare parts sourced from the appliance manufacturer or its UAE-authorised distributor wherever available. Where an original part is no longer produced, we will recommend a manufacturer-approved equivalent and seek your express consent before fitting it. We do not fit unauthorised aftermarket clones.
7. Customer obligations
You confirm that you are the owner of the appliance or are authorised by the owner to request the service, that the address provided is correct, and that you will give our technician safe access to the appliance. You agree not to interfere with the technician's work or attempt to repair the appliance further while it is under our warranty.
8. Liability
Our liability for any single repair is limited to the amount actually paid for that repair. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as loss of food stored in a refrigerator, loss of use, or loss of business. Nothing in these terms excludes any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under UAE law, including Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection.
9. Governing law & jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms or our services shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Dubai.
