Refund & Cancellation Policy

Transparent rules for diagnostic fees, repair refunds and cancellations. This policy is issued by SUNAD Electrical Appliance Repair L.L.C (Trade Licence 1606534, DED Dubai) and forms part of our Terms of Service.

Free cancellation before dispatch

You may cancel any booking free of charge at any time before our technician has been dispatched to your address. Simply call +971 4 269 4442 or message us on WhatsApp.

Diagnostic visit fee

If our technician has already arrived at your premises and you choose not to proceed with the repair, a fixed call-out / diagnostic fee applies. The exact amount is quoted in writing before the technician is dispatched and will appear on the tax invoice. If you proceed with the repair, this fee is waived and only the agreed repair price is charged.

Repair refunds

If a completed repair fails to resolve the diagnosed fault, or the same fault returns within the 180-day warranty period, we will return and repair it at no additional cost. Where a working repair cannot be delivered, you are entitled to a refund of the labour and the cost of any replaced parts that are returned to us — in line with Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection.

Non-refundable items

Spare parts that have been installed and used, consumables (gas, filters, lubricants), and third-party services arranged on your behalf are non-refundable once supplied. Damage caused by misuse, electrical surges, water ingress or third-party intervention after our service is excluded from refunds.

How to request a refund

Call +971 4 269 4442 or email us with your tax invoice number within 14 days of the service date. We respond within 2 working days and process approved refunds to the original payment method within 7–14 working days, depending on your bank.
Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits your rights as a consumer under UAE Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection and its Executive Regulation. For unresolved complaints you may contact the Department of Economy & Tourism (DET) Consumer Protection on 600 545 555 or via consumerrights.ae.
