We are not an authorised service centre of Sharp and we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the manufacturer. We are, however, a specialist third-party workshop whose technicians have spent years working on Sharp appliances installed across UAE villas and apartments — and we use original spare parts sourced through authorised UAE distributors so your repair stays consistent with the manufacturer's specification.

What a typical Sharp service visit looks like

When you book a Sharp repair with us, a uniformed technician arrives in a marked SUNAD van within your chosen time window. The visit begins with a written diagnostic — we read fault codes from the appliance's control board, measure electrical values, and inspect the mechanical assembly before quoting. You receive a fixed-price quote in writing on the spot. If you choose not to proceed, only the diagnostic call-out fee applies. If you approve the quote, the technician completes the repair using the parts available on the van where possible, or schedules a return visit once the correct Sharp part is sourced. Every completed repair includes a 180-day written warranty on the replaced parts and the labour performed.

Transparent pricing and honest diagnostics

We publish a flat diagnostic call-out fee that is communicated before the visit is booked — there are no hidden charges and no "while we're here" upsells. Pricing for the most common Sharp repairs (drum bearing, control board, compressor, thermostat, gas refill, sensor replacement) is shared up-front by phone or WhatsApp once you provide the model and serial number. If a repair is not economical — for example, when a ten-year-old appliance needs a part that costs more than a fair second-hand replacement — we tell you. Is SUNAD an authorised Sharp service centre?+

No. SUNAD is an independent third-party appliance repair company licensed by the Dubai Department of Economy & Tourism. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Sharp. We use original Sharp spare parts sourced through authorised UAE distributors so the technical outcome is consistent with the manufacturer's specification, but the service itself is provided independently by SUNAD.

What does a Sharp repair cost in Dubai?+

Pricing depends on the appliance class, the fault, and which part is required. A flat diagnostic call-out fee applies to every visit and is communicated before the booking is confirmed. Once the technician has read fault codes and inspected the appliance, you receive a fixed-price written quote. You only pay for the repair if you approve the quote. There are no hidden charges.

Do you use original Sharp spare parts?+

Yes. We source Sharp parts through authorised UAE distributors. When an OEM part is on extended back-order, we will tell you in writing and offer the choice of waiting for the original or fitting a manufacturer-equivalent component — never a generic aftermarket part without your written approval.

How quickly can a Sharp technician visit?+

Same-day visits are usually available across Dubai when you call before 4 PM. Refrigerator and freezer emergencies are prioritised. Outside of business hours we accept bookings by WhatsApp and call you back at the start of the next operating window.

What warranty do you provide on a Sharp repair?+

Every completed repair is covered by a 180-day written warranty on the parts we replaced and the labour we performed. If the same fault recurs within the warranty period, we return at no cost. The warranty does not cover unrelated future faults, accidental damage, misuse, power-surge damage, or work performed by another party after our visit.

Will the manufacturer warranty still be honoured after a SUNAD repair?+

If your Sharp appliance is still within the manufacturer warranty period, we strongly recommend you contact the authorised Sharp service centre in the UAE first — a repair performed by an independent workshop can in some cases void the remaining manufacturer warranty. SUNAD is the right choice for appliances that are out of warranty or where the manufacturer's response time is unworkable. We will tell you on the phone if we believe the manufacturer should handle your case.
